Schools can choose recipes that do or do not require cooking, depending on the resources available to them. The CHEF Bites curriculum includes 12 modules that take approximately 60 minutes each to complete.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Community-based programs for kids include a nutrition lesson and cooking demonstration, with the option of allowing participants to sample the prepared recipe at the end of class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The primary focuses of the children\u2019s curricula are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eat a healthy breakfast<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drink plenty of water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill half your plate with fruits and vegetables<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eat mostly plant-based, less-processed foods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cook and eat at home.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adult-focused programming may highlight various topics such as diabetes management, brain health, and anti-inflammation.
