Stephen Shaul B.A. M.Ed, is an Australian, qualified chef and restaurateur with decades of education and practise in the world of food and its effects on health. With degree subjects in food technology, nutrition and food anthropology, Stephen also studied Food as Medicine, paired with Ki Yoga Massage. Now living in Bondi Beach and Europe, Stephen is dedicated to using his research skills to unearth the kernels at the core of Food as Medicine research.
