Which Foods and Supplements Boost the Immune System?

When cold and flu season rolls around and germs start spreading like wildfire, we start thinking about the best ways to avoid getting sick and how to mitigate our symptoms if we do. Of course, there are some obvious measures to take, including frequent handwashing and getting ample sleep, but we can also improve our immunity naturally through the foods we eat.
